Package 1 sent!!!!

I sent the package today. I know it is a few days late, so sorry. I wish I could say it rules, but it will by the time we are done with it.
I scanned the image in and I will scan in yours before I begin working on it. I think it will be interesting to have record of the various states of the project. If you want, you could take a photo of the package when it arrives and I will do the same of yours.
just an idea.... what do you think?

New Drawing

I have been working on a few drawings and I think this one is about finished now. It is about 8"x11" and is cut out around the border of the braided form.

Tomorrow is exchange day, but I can't send mine until I get your address. a check will be coming along with that.

A friend of mine is into the color-aid drawings and is thinking of buying some from you. Her name is Becky if she emails you.

My studio is finally almost all set up and organized. How does anyone ever keep it clean? Better yet, how does anyone keep their house clean? I know you can do it, so tell me the answers.

Memory Drawing

Here is a drawing I am working on. Finally, some work!

I am not so pumped on the fact that the bird with the coins hanging by the hiar looks like a balloon, any suggestions?

Give me your feedback and ideas. I used lazertran for the birds. I drew the image, scanned it, then printed it on the lazertran which becomes a water decal. I then painted the yellow on the paper before putting the decal on. The other part is all reg. old pencil.

1. should I add more hair coming from the bird with the coins?

2. should I add more darkness to connect the two types of media? Like maybe use black pen?

Yippee...... I can't wait!
